Once a Year Preston City Centre comes alive to the sounds of the Caribbean.
A riot of colour, creativity and cacophony, the Caribbean Carnival procession wends its way through the City from Moor Park, round the City Centre and ends up with several hours of dancing , music and winning smiles in the superb setting of Avenham Park
