Sacrilege
Date: 12/09/12
Following the success of the Luminarium, a week earlier, was going to a be a tough ask for the second weekend on Frenchwood Rec, but Jeremy Deller's 'Sacrilege' provided even more gasps than it's predecessor.

The Turner Prize winning artist brought with him a life-sized replica of Stonehenge, with one key difference, it was inflatable!
Whereas the striking image of the Luminarium, perhaps reminiscent of a bouncy castle, only hid it's true purpose as a area for relaxation and introspection, Sacrilege was anything but, providing the thousands of eager participents a place to jump up and down to their hearts content.

Jonny and Emma were lucky enough to have a go themselves, but not before finding out more about one of the Guilds more flamboyant installations.
